Flavor You Feel

Flavor You Feel is not just about taste, nor is it the fire felt from some of Papa Caps Foods more spicy products. Flavor You Feel is so much more. It’s about the emotions, shared moments, and memories that food can evoke. This motto emphasizes the social aspect of enjoying the now, creating memorable experiences, and sharing them with friends and family. It’s about the adventure and excitement that comes with trying new things and the connections made through these shared experiences. This is our motto. This Is our mission. This is “FLAVOR YOU FEEL”.

Our Story

From the early years of his youth, Papa Caps Foods owner Luke had an insatiable curiosity that set him apart from his peers. While other children played in the streets, Luke’s mind was hyper-focused on the wonders this world had to offer. Many deemed him odd, whispering amongst themselves, “What is going on in that child’s head?”

You see, Luke had a knack for seeking out things and experiences that infused the mundane with a touch of enchantment. He was also known to be a bit of a prankster. However, Luke’s main goal was always to create some sort of experience that would leave people talking.

He found that enjoying a feast or trying something new and unusual with friends and family would create memories that would be told for years to come. As Luke grew up, he searched high and low for elements that were unique combining them in a fashion that would make it stir his very soul. This includes sampling the world’s spiciest peppers. (And then touched his face before washing his hands, leaving Luke feeling a sensation he shall never soon forget!)

He then took those ingredients and combined them to create something amazing, as well as extremely spicy. Luke presented his concoctions to his friends and family to try to get a funny reaction, but something he had not expected happened. Something Amazing. His concoctions were being passed around, not as a joke. Instead his friends and family started laughing, crying, and laughing some more. They were passing and enjoying and eating and laughing. Luke created something extraordinary that brought on a story that these people will remember and talk about for years to come.

Luke wanted to bring this experience to as many people as he could. So he created Papa Caps Foods, as a homage to “The Father of Capsaicin.” (Capsaicin being the molecule that gives peppers their fiery sensation)

Now some folks will say Luke just made up the name Papa Caps.

Some people say that the idea of Papa Caps came to him in a dream.

Some people say the name goes back much further than this.

Some believe The Legend of Papa Caps was told to Luke while he was on his journey to find the strange, unusual, and unique things that fascinated him.

And some think he is just as weird as an adult as he was when he was a child.
